Founded in Alameda, CA, during the COVID Pandemic, Bacogai was created to bring back and elevate the community dining experiences that we all enjoy. Our soup bases are crafted in-house daily from carefully selected organic ingredients. Each taste will transport you on a journey around Asia. Choose your own path by selecting from some of the freshest proteins, organic vegetables, and mushrooms to complement the soup base.
